In a latest development of
the Boko Haram sect’s evil agenda against the churches of Christ in Nigeria, their
plans failed for the first time.
In an onslaught plan
against the Living Faith Church, (aka
Winner’s Chapel) in Kaduna recently, the detonated bomb refused to blast,
the church founder, Bishop David Oyedepo announced during the church midweek
service on Wednesday, October 5th, 2016.
The said Boko Haram agents
who had tried the dastard acts against the church twice confessed that the first
time he tried detonating the bomb whilst the service was ongoing but the bomb did
not respond.
He also alleged that he had tried all other possible means that failed
before returning to base to restrategise.
In their comeback attack
against the same church, another means was devised and this time around, the suicide
bomber empowered his Boko Haram wife, hid the bomb in the baby’s diaper but the
bomb still did not detonate after several attempts.
As the struggle
persisted, the members of the church caught the whims and held the bomber until
the Police arrived.
The bomber later
confessed to the Police and surrendered his life to Christ immediately.
